SEWDEF®-AI can analyze almost any sewer inspection, covering:

Defect Coding
SEWDEF®-AI is compatible with most international standards and can be tailored to your  specific Condition Grading method. Some of the most relevant standards include: NF EN 13508-2+A1 (France), DWA-M 149-2 (Germany), EN-13508-2 (Europe), WSA 05-2020 v4.1 (Australia), NASSCO PACP / LACP v7/8 (United States), MSCC5 (United Kingdom) and UNE-EN 13508-2:2003+A1:2012 (Spain)

Condicion Grading
For condition grading, SEWDEF®-AI can use any of the following standards: DWA-M 149-3 (Germany), SRM5 (United Kingdom), NASSCO PACP / LACP v7/8 (United States) and WSA 05-2020 v4.1 (Australia). We also feed software platforms using the RERAU methodology (France). 

This is not a problem; SEWDEF®-AI allows you to implement any of the international standards immediately. This way, you can meet your specific requirements without additional training or the need to develop an internal standard from scratch.

If you prefer to use your own assessment method instead of the international standards, that’s fine. We can implement your evaluation system in SEWDEF® so that the reports meet your requirements.

Our reports include the complete codes (incl. subcodes/modifiers) for each defect, according to the selected standard, as well as the quantification of most of the defects that require it and their time location.

The minimum resolution of video files is 360×288 pixels.

For most camera types, the odometry must appear as text overlaid on the video at all times. Alternatively, a separate file relating frames to longitudinal distance is acceptable.

If the video quality is insufficient (e.g. lower than minimum resolution, too dark, etc.), the system shall notify the user, specifying the aspect of the video that caused the problem.

SEWDEF® allows the import and export of data in the following formats:

– XML and TXT (according to EN 13508-2)
– XML (ISYBAU 2017)
– XML (DWA-M 150)
– Excel (own format)

SEWDEF®-AI is designed to integrate seamlessly with other systems. Our data is easily exportable, and we offer API integrations that automatically update all inspection information in your existing software, eliminating intermediate steps and simplifying data synchronization.
